Restaurant Fitzgerald is named after the famous writer Francis Scott Fitzgerald. The writer who once said, "Too much of anything is bad, but too much Champagne is just right." He is considered one of the greatest American writers of the 20th century. Fitzgerald became famous with romantic works as "The Great Gatsby" and "This Side of Paradise".
Dutch writer Ernest van der Kwast came up with the name of our restaurant. Because he believes we can add a certain romance to Rotterdam with Restaurant Fitzgerald. Read his thoughts in the Dutch essay 'Laten we zuchten van Verrukking'.

Restaurant Fitzgerald is open from Tuesday to Friday for lunch and dinner. On Saturday we are open for dinner.
